At Jan Bridal Lounge, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons of preference or dislike of the product. However, in the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will be happy to assist you.

  • Faulty Items: You must report any defect within 7 days of delivery. Our Quality Team will review your case, and if approved, you may be offered an exchange or store credit.
  • Condition: The faulty item must be returned in its original form with tags and packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: An invoice/email confirmation is required for all claims.
  • Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Order Changes: Changes to orders can only be made within 48 hours of placing the order (excluding unstitched items).
  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. All cancellations will be refunded as store credit.
  • Alterations: We only accept alteration requests within 7 days of receiving the outfit (excluding unstitched articles).
  • Customs Duties: If applicable, these must be paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payments.

Refunds

No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds or money-back guarantees..

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. .

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
